Meet Laura
Laura Boyd, founder of Leadership Delta, is a strategic advisor who transforms organizations through leadership development. Her proprietary "Delta Method" has guided executive teams across Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, and non-profits to achieve sustainable results.
A (Real) Power 50 honoree and author of "Words that Work for Leaders," Laura combines her master's in Organizational Leadership with change management expertise to drive organizational excellence. Her approach integrates team dynamics and strategy to create measurable business impact.
As a former executive team leader and current University of Minnesota student-athlete mentor, Laura brings both boardroom experience and coaching prowess to her client engagements. She lives her philosophy of continuous improvement, from being a college adjunct professor working with business and entrepreneurial students to volunteer coaching young minds in the TeamWomen Empower Leadership Academy. COURTNEY TAYLOR
VP, Strategic Growth + Business Development
Meet Courtney
Courtney Taylor has over 20 years of experience working with organizations to create and execute impactful strategies to drive profitable new business opportunities. At Leadership Delta, Courtney helps to discover an organization's key concerns and thrives when connecting the organization, team, or leader to the right development solution.
Courtney has been called a super-connector and she has forged strong relationships with business owners and key leaders in her sales and business development roles. She graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth where she studied Marketing and Communications.
In her free time, Courtney can be found playing outdoors, enjoying her family cabin, or cheering for the Minnesota Wild. She and her husband live in Bloomington with their two daughters. Contact Courtney.
KRISTIN HARTUNG
Creative Strategist, Marketing
Meet Kristin
Kristin Hartung has over 20 years of creative design and marketing experience. She is currently working to support and guide the growth of Leadership Delta through many channels including marketing and operations. Behind the scenes, Kristin is managing Leadership Delta’s social media, design, digital marketing, events, and strategy.
Kristin received her BA from the University of Northern Iowa in Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design. Since moving to the “big city” she has held a wide variety of positions that have shaped who she is professionally today.
In her spare time, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband and busy two children, teaching and throwing pottery, staying active as well as squeezing in time with her dear friends. Contact Kristin.
ZOEY MAE
Leader’s Best Friend
Meet ZOEY
Just like the Leadership Delta team as a whole, Zoey is a small but mighty force. She is loyal to her dedication to boost morale at the office where she is often found spreading pawsitivity to all leaders. She has an innate ability to relieve stress and is adamant that our office environment remains playful and welcoming. With her unique approach to leadership, she reminds us all of the importance of joy, balance, and connection.
Zoey received her degree from Pup State where she majored in Hooman Resources.
When Zoey isn’t busy hosting team meetings, you can find her giving and receiving snuggles, playing fetch, and taking naps (even if sometimes it is on the job).
